Exercise: On your next train journey

  1. Stand up and do no hold on to the pole
  2. Make sure you tighten your abs
  3. Bend your knees (think wake boarding)
  4. Imagine you’re in Costa Rica and ride that wave baby
  5. Or you can do it discreetly. Either way works.
